Yes, you are special to God. He is thinking good thoughts about you.

"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.' (Jeremiah 29:11)

God is only thinking good thoughts about you. He has good plans for you. He gives you peace, and hope for a good future. The Lord cares for you.

We are asking twenty people to give at least $20 each so we can get these three boxes shipped out as soon as possible so they arrive before the end of the year.

Hello to all of our friends and partners,

We are putting together three (3) Balikbayon boxes of food, clothes, personal items, and other things to ship to the Philippines to be distributed to those in need through our church, Fresh Start Ministries in Los Banos, Philippines.

We are asking our friends and partners to sow a seed of any amount to help in the shipping expenses. It will cost approximately $400 USD for shipping and related expenses.
If only ten (10) people each gave $40 we could ship these three boxes to help families in need. Your gift of any amount will help not only in shipping these boxes to the Philippines, but would also help us in sharing the Gospel. Prayerfully consider helping us out.

God is Moving at the Speed of Your Faith and Belief

Hello faithful partners and friends,

As I am sitting here thinking about how good God is, the Holy Spirit whispered to me
"God is Moving at the Speed of Your Faith and Belief."

Think about that for a moment.

Jesus shared with his disciples, "Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be cast into the sea: and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, what things so ever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them." (Mark 10:22 - 24)

Read that again slowly and let those words fill you with faith. The words that Jesus spoke to his disciples that day had power in them. They also have power for you!

Do you believe what Jesus shared with his disciples?

Remember that not only did Jesus teach his disciples to have faith and believe in what they asked for, those words are still relevant for us today. We can have what we ask!

You can have what you desire only if you believe that you can. Jesus is teaching us how to use the Law of Faith and Belief.

Many people don't get what they want or desire because they don't believe it's for them, and that they can have it.

Do you believe Jesus or not?

The only parts of the Bible that work for you is the part that you believe.

God wants you to live a good life, one full of love, a life of abundance of everything you need to fulfill God's plan and purpose for your life here on earth. God's will is for you to have more than enough so you can also help other people.

Jesus said, "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."
(John 10:10)

God is moving at the speed of your faith and belief. Believe God, and believe his Word.

"if you only would believe..."

Celebrating the Birth of Jesus

All of us at Tom Bice Ministries would like to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas. Let us not forget that Jesus is the reason for this season. We are celebrating the birth of Jesus during this time.

His birth was announced by angels to shepherds who were watching their flocks at night. "For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord." (Luke 2:11)

Wise men came from the east to Jerusalem to see Jesus. They recognized him as the King of the Jews (Luke 2:2). Because they recognized him as King they bowed down and worshiped him, opened their treasures and gave him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.

As we celebrate the birth of Jesus let's not forget to give a gift of love to recognize Jesus as the King of kings, and Lord of lords. We give gifts to our family and friends, so why not give a gift to Jesus?

Hurricane Ida Approaching the Louisiana Coast

To all our partners,

Thank you for all your prayers and support for our ministry through the years. We appreciate each and every one of you.

Please pray for us as Hurricane Ida is approaching the Louisiana coast and we are in the projected path of the hurricane. Pray that no one is injured or killed, and that the electricity stays on.

I am asking our friends and partners to give generously so we can be a blessing to our community during and after the storm. I am looking to buy more water to give out, as well as possibly giving out sandwiches to those in need. The stores here in Hammond, LA are running out of water, bread, and most all of the staple items as people are stocking up for the storm. I will get up early in the morning and see what is available on the store shelves.

Ministry Update

God has been so good to us. Our ministry is doing well thanks to you, our friends and partners. We have been sharing the Gospel online and in the streets. We are sharing the Gospel and teaching the Bible every Sunday at 8pm CST (USA); 9am (Manila, Philippines) on our live broadcast at www.facebook.com/freshstartchurchonline

We share the Gospel everywhere we go because we care about people.

This pandemic has caused fear in people. Our lives were changed and there is still uncertainty as to what will be next. Many lost their jobs and income and they thought there was no way out. Many small businesses closed their doors never to open again because they were bankrupted by the pandemic.

People are resilient. We adapted. We innovated. We learned new ways to survive.
We learned new ways to work from home. We learned ways to homeschool our children while the schools were shut down.

This pandemic has taken its toll on us. I have good news for you. You have not been forgotten. God watches over you. He cares for you. Just when you thought you were at the end of your rope, God opened a door and came through. He is always on time.

Look to God for your answers. Read his Word (the Bible). His Word will speak to you. It will comfort you. It will encourage you. It will build your faith.

Trust God in all things. Be thankful for all things.

“Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. I am with you always.” - Jesus

We Have Now Started Fresh Start Church Online

10/25/2020

We have now started Fresh Start Church Online. Many countries are still on lockdown and people are unable to attend services in their local church. The Lord directed me to start teaching and preaching again, and to start doing it online.

I created a new page on Facebook called, Fresh Start Church Online. You can go to it here at www.facebook.com/freshstartchurchonline

We will be holding more than one service on Sundays to account for the different time zones around the world. I will also teach during the week. I will be announcing the dates and times for Sunday and during the week. I believe we will start on Sunday, November 1, 2020.

You are cordially invited to our first service. I will have a service time for the USA, and a different time for the Philippines and Asia. We may also have a different service time for Africa. We will let you know in advance.

What is the State of the Union in America Today?

What is the State of the Union in America Today?

Since the first of the year we have seen the drop in the price of a barrel of Texas crude oil to below zero. In essence, if you ordered oil, or gasoline, the refinery would pay you to take it. I don't believe any refinery in the US paid any retailer to take their oil. The price finally went back up to $40 per barrel as of today (October 5, 2020).

We have also experienced the Covid19 (Coronavirus) virus which has shut the country down, caused approximately 200,000 deaths; has caused millions of people to be out of work; and has caused many small businesses to close their doors.

We have also seen the closing of churches due to the virus. Now that we are in the month of October some churches have reopened, and others are streaming services online.

This has been a year like we've never seen before. We are living in unprecedented times. I won't even mention the craziness in politics here in America.

With so much uncertainty going on in our country, many are asking me, "What are we going to do? When is all of this going to end?" Those are legitimate questions to ask right now. No one in our country really knows what will happen. I don't have a quick answer, either.

Though I may not know what will happen, the Lord does have the answers. Are they what we want to hear? I would think so. One thing we do know, and that is this, the Lord said, "I will never leave you, nor forsake you." Since the Lord is with us, then he knows the answer to every question we have.

Our heavenly Father sent the Holy Spirit to be with us, and in us, after Jesus ascended into heaven to sit at the right hand of the Father. He said, "I will send the Holy Spirit, and he shall teach you all things." He also said, "My peace I give to you; let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

The Word of God teaches us how to live. It teaches us How to love, how to give, and how to know that you have eternal life with him. We can get the answers we are looking for by asking the heavenly Father. He said ask and you shall receive.

Our country is going to recover and come back even stronger. Jesus said he came so we might live life more abundantly. Nowhere in the Bible does it teach us to live life in poverty. It is not spiritual to be poor and not support your family well. God commands us to work and support our family. The Apostle Paul rebuked the Church at Corinth for the members being gossipers and drunkards, and not working, but being busybodies. A busybody is someone who gossips and causes division between people. They cause strife that hurts people. God is against such things.

Yes, America will come out of this stronger than before. It takes you and I to show the light of Jesus in us to the world. We are the salt and the light. Does the world see Jesus in you? Do you share the Gospel with others?

What is the State of the Union in America today?

We will see our country reopened. We will see jobs coming back. We will see businesses reopening. We will see churches opened once again to preach the Gospel. I also believe that law and order will be restored soon. That is what I believe.

We may be going through some trying times, and the storms may be brewing, but Jesus taught us how to rebuke the storms. Command the winds to be at peace. Take charge of your life. You are more powerful than any storm.

Jesus gave you the authority to rebuke the storms of life, and to move the mountains. He didn't tell his disciples to climb the mountain. No, he gave them the authority and power to remove the mountain. Speak to the storms of life, and speak to the mountain. Take authority over them. God gave you and I dominion over the earth. Take dominion over your territory. Take dominion over what is yours.

America's State of the Union is not lost. God has given America his favor. He has greatly blessed America. People are hurting. There are many who don't know God. It's our responsibility to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with them. Let's do our part and God will do the rest. Lives are changed by the Lord.

Where Is Your Hope?

I'd like to ask you, Where is your hope? Is it in man? Is it in your riches? Is your hope in the government? Are you hoping right now for a Coronavirus stimulas bailout check?

Right now we are in perilous times. People have been laid off their jobs and have been told to stay home because of the virus. They have no income coming in and are getting desperate. Some are even sick with the Coronavirus and cannot work. Many have lost hope.

There is good news in all of this. God has not forgotten you. His thoughts are always good thoughts toward you. Put your hope in the Lord.

"But I am poor and needy; yet the Lord thinks on me: you are my help and my deliverer; make no tarrying, Oh my God" (Psalm 40:17)

The Lord will deliver you through this crisis. He will supply all your needs. He will heal you if you are sick. He will comfort you if you feel hopeless. Put your hope and trust in the Lord.

We are also raising funds to help ten families in Los Banos, Laguna, Philippines. They are in desperate need of food for their families. We are calling this Operation Hope. We want to give them hope for a better future. We know these families personally and know their situations.
