Dear Precious Partners,
For the past three days I have seen many people sitting for hours in cemeteries here in our area. It is a tradition here in the Philippines for people during this time to go and visit the graves of their dead loved ones to light candles and to pray for the dead. The Lord is concerned about those who are alive now. There are approximately seven plus billion people on Earth right now. Most have not heard the Gospel message.
God is very concerned about the souls of people.
"The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9).
He does not desire for any to perish, but to come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior, and to know that they will go to heaven when they die.
I will be preaching this coming Sunday, November 5 at a local church in Aklan, Visayas, Philippines. It is approximately 10 - 11 hours travel to get there.We will be leaving this Friday, November 3rd to go. We are excited about preaching the Gospel and reaching the lost.
Please pray for us. We need your help. We need to raise $400 for our expenses to share the Gospel. Please pray and ask the Lord what he would have you to do to help.
