My wife and I just returned from a Bible study at a local church. There were so many prayer needs that were shared. Many people were either sick themselves or someone they know is sick. There was the death of one of the elderly members of the congrgation and prayer was asked for the family. Families are hurting and being torn apart. People were praying for jobs because they are out of work.
My wife and I are going into a time of special prayer for you, our partners in the ministry and for your needs. Every day we hear of the many prayer needs from you. We love you and care for you. You are on the heart of God and he cares.

I spoke to a young woman today who is a single parent with two young children. Her empolyer cut her hours back to part time and she was sharing with me that she and her children are in need of food to eat and milk for the childrent to drink. It breaks my heart when I hear stories like this. I hear these types of stories on a daily basis.
